Warehouse & Production Lead
The Role
The Warehouse & Production Lead is a “player-coach” position. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, while serving as a senior technical resource for wheel building and production. You will ensure the team meets exacting standards while maintaining a fast-paced, organized, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Warehouse Operations
- Workflow Coordination: Supervise daily tasks related to unboxing inventory, order picking, and shipping.
- Inventory Management: Lead regular inventory counts and maintain a highly organized warehouse space.
- Quality Control: Ensure all wheels and products leaving the Bellingham facility meet NOBL’s exacting standards.
- Team Guidance: Act as a point of escalation for production questions and assist team members with training on assembly and safety protocols.
- Systems Proficiency: Utilize Odoo, or similar tools to track orders and inventory.
- Communication: Maintain seamless communication with internal teams in Bellingham and Cumberland to ensure customer satisfaction.
Production & Wheel-Building
- Technical Assembly: Build premium bicycle wheels to professional standards. Appropriate tools and training will be provided, you do not necessarily need to have built wheels before.
- Support Tasks: Assist with cleaning wheels, packaging, and general production duties during peak periods.
Who You Are
- Cycling Expert: A passionate cyclist with deep knowledge of high-end bike components.
- Experienced Lead: Proven experience in a warehouse, retail, or production leadership role.
- Mechanically Skilled: Expert-level comfort building wheels and handling premium carbon components.
- Detail-Oriented: You “sweat the small stuff” and can maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and modern software like Odoo.
- Adaptable: A multitasker who can jump between technical building and administrative leadership seamlessly.
