Production & Customer Service Team Member

The Role
As a Production & Customer Service Team Member, you’ll play a dual role supporting both our hands-on wheel-building operations and our customer-facing services. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for cycling are key.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Wheel-Building

  • Assemble and build bicycle wheels to exacting standards (training and equipment provided).
  • Install tubeless tape and valves to wheelsets, and apply vinyl decals.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
  • Help out with production during busy periods, including cleaning and packaging wheels.

Customer Service

  • Provide amazing customer service.
  • Respond to support requests via email (Freshdesk Helpdesk system), phone, and occasionally in-person.
  • Learn about our product line and assist customers with recommendations, warranty claims, and post-order support.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

General

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as required in support of the team and company goals.

Who You Are

  • A passionate cyclist with deep knowledge of bikes and enthusiasm for the cycling community.
  • Mechanically skilled and comfortable building and handling high-end bike components.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, or retail; familiarity with Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Odoo, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Suite, and other common computer applications.
  • A team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Ability to multitask and jump seamlessly between two roles.
  • Flexible with schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift / Monday to Friday

In person at our Bellingham, WA, building location
